COMPLAINS

If the product you received is not in accordance with the invoice, the client must let Tundra know within 15 days, sending via email a copy of the invoice together with the complaint.
Every product must be accompanied by a product description, specifying the reason that does not allow the customer to properly use the product (s). The product (s) has to be in the original state, in perfect condition and complete. If necessary, to prove this imperfection, please return the product with its packaging with useful references to identification.
15 working days after the product’s deliver any claim will be evaluated by Tundra, which can be accepted or not, depending on assessment of the same. No claims will be accepted if the conditions above are not strictly respected.

RETURNS BY DEFECT

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective or becomes defective within 15 days of purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@tundra.pt with details of the product and a description of the defect you encountered.
Products may only be returned after preliminary agreement through confirmation from Tundra.
The goods can be exchanged for other items or the customer may be refunded the amount excluding transport costs. Always attach a purchase invoice to the list of items for exchange and/or its IBAN with the return.
All products returned for exchange must be in perfect condition, complete and carefully packed in their volumes/original packaging, without any signs of use. Their labels must be intact so they can be sold again. Orders returned should be sent by registered mail otherwise Tundra is not responsible for the loss of the same.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within 3 days whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If so we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment with no extra charges for shipping.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase together with the description of the item (s) you want to exchange for.

Orders returned should be sent by registered mail otherwise Tundra is not responsible for the loss of the same. Always attach a purchase invoice to the list of items for exchange. The costs of return shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any order sent with the option payment on delivery to Tundra will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a 5 day period, whether you are entitled to an exchange of product. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at info@tundra.pt.
